Biographical history
Edgardo Boeninger (Santiago, 23 de agosto de 1925 - Santiago, 13 de septiembre de 2009). Ingeniero civil, ingeniero comercial, académico y político del Partido Demócrata Cristiano. Senador designado por el periodo 1998-2006. Ministro Secretario General de la Presidencia durante la presidencia de Patricio Aylwin, entre 1990 y 1994. Rector de la Universidad de Chile desde 1970 a 1973.
