El Presidente se excusa ante la Presidenta IV Jornadas Trasandinas Vicerrectora Académica Universidad Educares a no asistir a la IV Jornadas Trasandinas de Aprendizaje , que se realizará el 12,13 y 14 de Agosto de 1992 donde los objetivos tienen relación directa con los temas expuestos en la Agenda 21 en la Reunión Cumbre de la Tierra por lo que a hecho aumentar el deseo por participar en estas Jornadas de forma nacional e internacional, demostrado a la opinión mundial su interés activo por esta problemática de alta prioridad para el país.
