Lucía Hiriart), defendiendo que dichas opiniones fueron expresadas a título personal y bajo el derecho constitucional a la libre expresión. Rechaza que puedan asociarse con su cargo o con una falta de prescindencia política y critica el trato desigual dado a comentarios ofensivos contra las Fuerzas Armadas.
